Jewellery Care & Hygiene Notice
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewellery items that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Eligible Returns
You may qualify for a return, replacement, or refund if:
- You received an incorrect item
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- Your order is incomplete
- There was a fulfilment error on our side
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Jewellery must be unworn and unused
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
- Any complimentary items included with the order must also be returned
Lexurious reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
How To Request A Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- Brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Where possible, eligible items may be exchanged for the same product if damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Worn or used jewellery
- Personalised or custom-made jewellery pieces
- Gift cards or store vouchers
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)
- Items damaged through misuse or improper care
Lost Or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
